Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Joy Beach Co., we understand that plans can change and Florida weather can be unpredictable. Our goal is to provide a fair, flexible experience while ensuring every reservation receives the time and preparation it deserves.

Cancellations by Guests

72 hours or more before your reservation: Full refund.24–72 hours before your reservation: 50% refund or one complimentary reschedule (subject to availability).Less than 24 hours before your reservation: Reservations are non-refundable.

Weather Policy

The safety of our guests and team is our highest priority.If Joy Beach Co. determines that severe weather or unsafe beach conditions make your reservation unsafe—including lightning, tropical weather, high winds, red tide, hazardous surf, or official beach closures—you may choose to:Reschedule your experience at no additional charge, orReceive a full refund.Light rain or passing showers alone may not require cancellation. We monitor local weather conditions closely and will communicate with you if adjustments are needed.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive at the scheduled reservation time.Guests arriving more than 30 minutes late may experience a shortened reservation, as we may have additional bookings scheduled. Refunds are not provided for lost time due to late arrival.

No-Shows

Reservations are considered a no-show if guests fail to arrive without prior communication.No-shows are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

We understand that unexpected situations happen.Requests to reschedule made at least 24 hours in advance will be accommodated whenever possible, based on availability.
